ULTRA Slim SNS
Our newest product line, this series is based on efficiency. Roughly half of the power consumption of the standard SNS, this gem has just been introduced to the market. Designed entirely by TSI, this is truly a revolutionary sign. The use of new microfilms and more efficient electronics set this sign apart from its predecessor. The body is constructed of aluminum and has a profile that is much slimmer than the standard version. Traffic Signs, Inc. is the only company with this new technology built to help you get the most for your money.
NIRF Signs
Non-illuminated reflective face signs have been specifically developed for areas where an illuminated sign is either unpractical or unnecessary. 3M’s DG3 (specifications) reflective vinyl is key to this product’s functionality. Visibility is drastically increased from a standard vinyl face and is especially effective at providing night time viewing without conventional lighting.
Solar Conversion Board for LED SNS
A new project that was started in February ’09, we have our first working signs that run on power from solar panels! The LED blank out signs are able to run on 12 volts of direct current and consume less than 40 watts of electricity! This is another prime example of innovation and efficiency.
Solid-State Relay Boards
We have updated the relays that are utilized in our LED signs to solid state relays. Extremely fast switching of these relays makes them preferable over the old mechanical relays as well as their resistance to sticking either on or off. Reliability and longevity of use are also important advantages of these new components.
Fiber Optic- LED Hybrid Signs
Fiber optic signs are renown for their durability and reliability of their internal systems. Because of their construction, it is possible to get a 100% return on brightness levels just by replacing the bulbs in these signs. Our new FO-LED hybrids combine the best of both worlds by replacing the old incandescent lamps with new LED projection lamps. The lifetime of these lights is drastically improved over the previous incandescent version.
